Hong Kong, HK
Creating a special world of my own, breathing different air, continuously readapting, using my time and space has unveiled my world and the world around us. It's repeatedly reminding me to align myself and tap into a deeper spiritual and physical capacity. Sometimes a quite scary and very challenging thing to do, but being aware and so in tune of all those sensations and feelings are what being human is all about. AND damn it feels good to be living and feel so alive!
Hong Kong is a step & a hop away so whenever I get the chance to be here I'm all over it! Regrouping and realigning myself. Hong Kong has got the best east meets west fusion cuisine spots and architecture aligning beautifully throughout. It's fast paced, diverse, chic, and stylish.
For a day of delicious eats and shopping I threw on my black leather skirt incorporated this boxy oversized button up that mixes stripes and symmetries elevating that creative energy. Theres something I love about clashing prints. The moment I saw it I knew I had to have it in my closet, for multiple reasons. First off and most importantly it's versatile. Second, it's got 90s vibes. Thirdly the abstract composition is obviously so artistic.
I paired the outfit with my signature gold filled dainty rings from London Manori, that I've had for years and just keep collecting more of. The earrings are from H&M, I like to add these when I'm not using any necklaces, although I hardly wear any earrings these days. Black Chanel clutch bag, obsessed with it because it's so light and I can pack it up in my other big bags when traveling.
What do you currently have in your closet that artistically inspires you?
