1 cup Frozen triple mixed berries
1 cup Coconut milk
Shredded coconut (garnish as desired)
Goji berries (garnish as desired)

Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth or desired consistency is reached. If you'd like to use the recipe for a smoothie bowl just use frozen bananas to give it that rich/ thicker consistency and use a tad bit less liquid.
This smoothie is perfect during your detox days to reduce inflammation but who am I kidding its absolutely amazing any time! Dessert for breakfast anybody? Or simply to give you the right amount of energy before or after a workout. If I have it before or after my workout I'll add my natural vegan protein. It not only taste delicious it is nutritious on so many levels.
With this smoothie there is no need to take a pill for health benefits like losing weight, better skin, to feel full or feel good! Berries are filled with vitamins, antioxidants, phytonutrients to strengthen immunity, help fight disease like colon cancer and assist with blood flow. They keep you sharp which is why this smoothie is so nice in the morning to really get your energy up and have you feeling awake and ready to take on the day. Although, berries are super sweet they are high in fiber so can be included in diabetic diets. Goji berries contain vitamins a & c, are high in fiber and are said to help keep full longer (another reason why I like to top this smoothie off with them). Oh and they taste so good when they've sunk to the bottom getting cold making for a pleasant surprise whilst enjoying this superfood deliciousness. Of course, adding the king of leafy greens to the mix just makes this smoothie an even more powerful concoction. Kale, cleanses, fights bacteria,fights disease like cancer, promotes weight loss contains omega-3, fiber, calcium, lowers cholesterol, and is a skin glow booster!
There is so much to love about this berry sweet vegan smoothie but another thing I love about making a triple berry smoothie is that you can get so creative and have fun with it by adding any other fruit and nuts you've been craving along with supplements/powders you like to include in your daily life. If I really want to kick it up on my superfoods I also add a bit of spirulina (beware the amount of spirulina can change the color drastically) which blends in perfectly and I can't see or taste that it's in there but still get all the health benefits!
There's no denying it will have you feeling mmm so good!
